Scouts (10 1/2 - 14 years old)
 

Our Scouts meet on Thursdays from 19:30 - 21:00 and Fridays from 18:30 - 20:00.

Scouts are the oldest section of our group. Here, our members really get stuck into learning through adventure. Continuing on from the skills they have learned in the previous sections, we aim to build their confidence and independence further by offering more challenging activities, while still having fun.

Our camps vary between indoor sleepovers, outdoor survival skills and greenfield camps, which encourage self-sufficiency, team building and friendship.

Traditionally, Scout leaders were nicknamed "Skip," an abbreviation of Skipper. We do have a "Skip," but the rest of our Scout leaders use their first names as it would get very confusing if they were all called Skip!
